Run Tyler Run

I know this website probably doesn’t change lives. By probably, I mean “doesn’t”, but then I guess I originally said “doesn’t doesn’t change lives”, which sounds pretty dang stupid. I guess I’m gonna try and change that crap for a bit by contributing my small slice of whatever this is.

A few of you might remember the 30 Bloggers thing I was a part of that Tyler Stanton put together a while back. I wrote about it here and made the following awful video.

Then they made a thank you video. Henceforth, following, henceforth (if you’re so full of yourself and/or sexy/dangerous and you’re me they mention me at 2:59).

Well, now this wonderful and inspiring charity colon water is trying to raise 1.2 million dollhairs and/or dollars to buy a luxurious 2-seater rig and equipment to dig/build even more wells to give even more people clean drinking water. Wow, that’s a lot of mores like Mary Tyler.

Who am I to explain? I’m certainly not a handsome gent with a strategically unbuttoned dress shirt with a voice like warm peanut butter mixed with a firm handshake. So let’s have him tell you about it (3 videos in one post? Tyler, are you mad!!!!?!!! No…not unless you mean Mothers Against Drunk Driving Madd, then yes).

So here’s the skinny like a railroad penny, I am going to try and raise some money.

I know, I know. I can’t even get people to pay 8 dollars to buy my 3oo page book with a unicorn and toilet on the cover, but I’m going to try my dang best to raise up $1002 in 90 days like Petey Pablo would for North Carolina.

What the crap are you gonna do Tyler? If that is your real name. Well, it isn’t, it Mr. Tyler, and you’re under arrest. What? Exactly. Information Arrest.

I ran today with my kid in a stroller for the first time in 2 months. To help raise this majestic (starring Jim Carrey) $1002, I’m going to run…every…single…day….for….91…days….dot…dot…dot.

Run every day for 91 days. 

Yeah, I’m going to, and it’s gonna suck.

So, if you want. Donate a few bucks to the campaign I started through the people who actually started it.
